Jake Mccullan was my direct man of service, he helped me through my entire experience at Auburn Toyota. He was honest and upfront about all the work that needed to be done and the prices to come with it. He made sure i was well taken care of and even hand picked the best mechanic for the job to full fill the work for the job I needed done, whom of which I met myself. My biggest thing was the fact that Jake actually kept in contact with me during the time my truck was being worked on. Most places will not reach out to you for any reason without you calling them first and even if you call them first, half of those people don't even call you back. Jake was prompt and professional. By far the best service I've ever received from any service department I've encountered. Overall, incredible service, and very fair pricing, make for one great experience with Auburn Toyota. Highly recommendable.

Bought my first car there yesterday. I've been shopping for cars for a while now. The majority of car dealerships I feel like I step in the shark tank. The good thing is they have good selection and good prices definitely worth the trip. Most places don't have very many Highlanders and if they do they only have white black and odd colors that I'm not interested in. Rocky What is my salesman and he was really cool no pressure. Unfortunately for them I won't be able to come back for 8 to 10 years because I did buy a Toyota and they last forever LOL

I live closer to another Toyota dealer, but Robert has been my advisor for two vehicles now. He knows his stuff, and is very helpful. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Auburn Toyota as long as I live in the area.

I was cordially greeted by several employees. Each person tag teamed another to make sure my needs were taken care of. In addition, I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. I also choose to use the free shuttle service and was kept up to date on the time the shuttle would arrive. Furthermore, the shuttle driver was very courteous. He also contacted me when he arrived at the location I gave him to pick me up.The customer service at Auburn Toyota is top notch!

I was in the market for a commuter since my previous one was total lost in an accident. The day right before Christmas, I picked up my Prius with Roger Cappocchi. He was really professional and got the paper work done in time for me to make it to my Christmas Eve shift! I couldn’t be any happier!

We already knew what we wanted so it was more of a formality with the sales guy. Prices matched our expectations. The finance side has the standard added sell for paint and warranty protection which is in addition to what you negotiate with sales guy. This is our third toyota from Auburn Toyota and we've so far not had any issues with the service department.
