Robert Brassfield is a great service advisor. It takes from 9:00am to 6:00 pm to reapply the MAGNASHIELD. I usually get a free rental car, but this time a friend picked me up and we went shopping. I got back early and Robert managed to get me checked out early. Not having to wait so long was wonderful!

Found this trip to Auburn Toyota to be a 5 Star Visit. Nicole Williams was awesome to work with. Nicole is knowledgeable, through & efficient as well as being friendly and polite. Definitely an asset to your team.

I live in Folsom and traveled to Auburn Toyota to buy a car. Why? The sales people, Wayne and Ryan, were not pushy and very professional. I'm retired and have walked on many car lots. In the past, that has been the most irritating thing ever. I had done my due dilligence and arrived with a pre approved letter from my credit union with whom I've been a member for 44 years. I had a monthly payment in mind that my retirement could afford. The credit department saw my rate quote of 4.39 and with my credit rating found me 3.19 at Golden One saving me quite a bit allowing me to buy more car. Thanks guys, I'll enjoy that Avalon Limited for many years to come.

Ever since I purchased by Toyota Camry in 2002 I’ve never taken it anywhere except to a Toyota dealer for service! I am new to Northern California obut I have taken my Camry into Auburn Toyota twice just for regular service check ups! They are so very friendly, efficient and quick!

Great Customer Service and Integrity - I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna at Auburn Toyota in December. It starting making a knocking sound when I turned to the left or the right. Of course the warranty for a used car is only good for 3 months/3000 miles...so I took it in on Wednesday in order to reap the benefits of the warranty (ha ha ha...yeah right)...turns out the steering shaft was going bad...that's about an $800 job...and guess what...the warranty didn't cover it. Well...lucky for me Auburn Toyota is a dealership run with integrity and amazing customer service. Before I even had the chance to panic or get angry or complain they offered to cover the entire cost of the work that needed to be done (parts and labor) because they knew it was the right thing to do. I feel so happy I bought my car there and so happy there are companies out there who understand how to treat their customers like humans. THANK YOU!!!! (and if I had time I'd tell you all about how great the experience was when i bought the car too).
