Auburn Toyota has obviously put a ton of effort into customer service. Donna Bender was excellent at the service desk. Our car was finished way before the promised time. My last few visits here were all excellent between our Tundra and 4Runner. I have had no experience with the sales department, but service and their Collision center are both 5 star.

Adrianne Wisnewski took very good care of me from the day we first met and she showed us some options based on my needs. She explained the features on the two cars I was considering. When I came back the next day to purchase my choice she went through all the paperwork with me and took time to show me many of the features of the car. She even invited me back to further go over the features of the software that is part of the Toyota Drive Connect app.

I took my 2023 Corolla Hybrid in for 25000 mile service. Donna Bender Took great care of me as always. I drive 45 minutes to Auburn Toyota because they provide great service. Just make an appointment & you'll be done in no time. Much quicker then most of the larger dealer shops down the hill in Sacramento where sometimes it can be up to 3 hours for an oil change.
They were courteous and friendly. They kept me updated on the progress of servicing my vehicle.

I had an easy buying experience thanks to Jake. He helped me purchase my 2024 4Runner SR5 in my favorite color. Jake was super responsive, and helped me get genuine Toyota accessories. I wanted running boards, TRD Pro wheels, black overlays over the chrome badging. Jake helped had everything installed before I picked up my new vehicle. I will definitely reach out to Jake again when I need to buy my next car. 5 star service

Had to get repairs on my Tacoma after someone backed into it. It’s such a hassle dealing with insurance ect but Toyota Collision Center made it as stress free as possible. Jeffrey Lewis did fantastic work on the Tacoma as well. It looked amazing when it was finished! Jeff was personal, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedule. Hopefully we won’t be back soon but if we are, we know we’ll be taken care of.

We finally resolved the "rattle" in my Venza. Jake was very good at setting up the process. The ride along confirmed the problem. During the ride the Head Mechanic identified the problem area and explained it as well as another problem with the roof rack. Jake got the repair done in little over an hour from when I drove in. By keeping me informed of the timing, he saved me a trip home. A trip home would have taken as long as the repair.
