Brought in my vehicle as the a/c quit working. Jake McCallum was great to work with and technician Jonathon showed me what had happened and why it quit working. I took my Tundra in for service yesterday. I asked for a shuttle ride to a doctor's appointment. I was informed the shuttle driver was on a long shuttle and would not return in time to get me to my appointment it time. The service department pulled one of their couriers and found a vehicle to help me. Amazing! Also, even though the service department is operating out of temporary facilities the whole process was fast and efficient , start to finish. RF

Jake Mccallum met us for picking up our order of 2021 Camry Hybrid from Costco Auto Purchase Program. He is very friendly showing us the driving features and passed us a map for testing drive. He went through the paperwork effectively in half hour. After 10 minutes of going through financial paperwork, Jack explained the other features of the car and especially emphasized that, when towing the car, the low ground clearance requires lifting to, not pulling to, the towing truck.
