Servicer is generally excellent, but their appointment system needs some work. You make an appointment for a 20-minute job, but then you wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours. It seems like they could coordinate their appointments with shop availability a little better.

Kristen Townsend and her team were excellent throughout the whole process. There online pricing was excellent compared to other dealers in the area. They went out of there way to get the exact truck I was looking for. I never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want. I also got a great value for my trade in as well. I was in and out of the dealer in 2 hours total. Excellent experience and highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good dealership that doesn't play games.

After endless parade of incompetent pushy sales persons in the area trying to sell me something I was not looking for, I got a nice surprise from Kristen at Auburn Toyota. She found me exact truck I was looking for (not at her dealership), but was willing to trade one from her lot so I can get the one I wanted! She actually had a similar truck at her dealership (different interior color), which I ended up buying. It was a delight to do business with Kristen. Professional, patient, someone who actually listen to the customer’s needs. Next time I need a new car, I am heading directly to Auburn Toyota to avoid all stress related with purchasing new car. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience!

Follow up on my new Tundra purchase is not so good, left my garage door opener in my old truck, have not heard back from Rocky in a week, guess they keep everything you forget and ignore the customer. They should have done a better job on cleaning and inspecting my Tundra when they got it from the other dealership, front bumper grommets missing and front windshield very dirty and heavy water spots, really should have taken the time to remove the water spots and installed the missing grommets on the front bumper. This seems to be the new standard at Toyota dealerships, Once the car leaves the lot you can expect to be ignored by the salesman and the old days of good customer service are over .

Rocky Robinson was great helping me find and lock down I wanted. He also worked with me on price as much as he could and showed me the numbers as to why they couldn't go lower. He was also great with my wife, walking her through the vehicle's features and ensuring the test drive showed us everything we wanted to know about the car. The finance team was transparent and worked with me on some of the add-ons and whether they made sense for me. There was never anything I'd consider a hard sell. We never felt pressured and they were respectful of our time throughout. Great experience. Thanks Rocky and team.

Mike norton was very helpful and got my tundra in and out for 15,000 mile service in good time despite being extremely busy. It seeme like they were short several advisers that day but he was professional and friendly under taxing circumstances.
