I recently took my 2019 Prius in for the 90,000 service. Jake McCallum was my service adviser. He not only went over what the service would entail, but he asked specific questions about my car, so that he could recommend or not recommend having certain things done. I appreciated this because it saved me some money on a very expensive service. He was professional, thorough and friendly. And, the service was completed on time!

I love going to this Toyota. Everyone is always so friendly and the waiting rooms are so spacious and really nice to wait in but if you don’t like waiting there you have the option to use their shuttle service which I love. I was helped by Jeffrey Lewis and I’ve been helped by him before. He is so nice and on top of everything every time. Really great experience as always!

Actually bought my RAV 4 here in 2015. I had a bad experience with the service department after that. Decided to use Roseville, CA Toyota as it's much more convenient. Billy Hamill was so helpful and patient with us, even after we asked to go back on the lot several times to weigh our options. Auburn Toyota has obviously put a ton of effort into customer service. Donna Bender was excellent at the service desk. Our car was finished way before the promised time. My last few visits here were all excellent between our Tundra and 4Runner. I have had no experience with the sales department, but service and their Collision center are both 5 star.

Adrianne Wisnewski took very good care of me from the day we first met and she showed us some options based on my needs. She explained the features on the two cars I was considering. When I came back the next day to purchase my choice she went through all the paperwork with me and took time to show me many of the features of the car. She even invited me back to further go over the features of the software that is part of the Toyota Drive Connect app.

I took my 2023 Corolla Hybrid in for 25000 mile service. Donna Bender Took great care of me as always. I drive 45 minutes to Auburn Toyota because they provide great service. Just make an appointment & you'll be done in no time. Much quicker then most of the larger dealer shops down the hill in Sacramento where sometimes it can be up to 3 hours for an oil change.
